At Stoy Machine & Gear, we have the expertise and capability of making large diameter gears from 10 inch to 190 inch diameter.  We invite you to inquire with your most complex and difficult requirements.  We make gears to your drawings, plans and specifications, or can reverse engineer replacement parts for existing gearboxes and machinery.  If you have a drive mechanism or gearbox which is at the end of it's lifecycle, we can make oversize pinions to extend it's life.  If you have a spur gear with worn or broken teeth, we can evaluate a cost effective repair or reband. 

Our facility is also equipped with a full-service machine shop featuring numerous horizontal boring machines and state of the art milling equipment.  We also provide keyway cutting, line boring, hardfacing and heat treating of the parts we make.
